Existing margin is not shared, and the Minima share does not apply to all cloud revenue. Model and quality requirements, prices, demand and utilisation affect measurement. Does Minima replace the existing serving platform?

Minima integrates at the model and runtime layer while the surrounding platform is retained where compatible.

What is included in incremental margin?

Incremental margin is the positive difference between baseline margin and improved margin on the agreed comparable measurement basis. Each margin uses attributable revenue minus agreed direct serving costs.

Does the 50% share apply to all cloud revenue?

No. Minima receives 50% of incremental margin generated by the agreed deployment, not a share of existing margin or all cloud revenue.
